All signs are made of wood and variations in texture and color are part of the unique and special characteristics of each item. Each custom piece is handmade with strong attention to detail and quality. If you would like to change the wording of "Beach House" to "Lake House" to something different that's fine - just please make sure it's comparable in length so it fits.
